501c3 Donations Program

The NMS Equipment Donation Program allows 501 C3 charitable organizations an opportunity to receive functional mailing equipment with a warranty at little to no cost*.

NMS is excited about this new program for 501 C3 charities as the program will provide needed equipment to local charities whose operating budgets for such products is usually limited. Any charitable organization with a 501 C3 status is eligible to participate in the NMS Equipment Donation Program.

 There is virtually no limit to the number of products the organization can request. (However, selection is limited to our reconditioned units)

 To apply for NMS products through the program, qualified organizations should send a one page letter on their official stationary and include the following information:

• The legal name of the organization
• Local address
• The geographic area the organization serves
• Contact person, email addresses, telephone and fax numbers
• 501 C3 charter number
